LTI introduces an essential component for aquaculture. A unique system developed by our Japanese team which promotes a health environment for fish farms resulting in improved yield and a reduction in maintenance costs. This new system converts ammonia into non-toxic nitrate, and cleans environment ensuring a higher degree of health for fish and other water organisms. Protein decomposing bacteria decompose proteins left behind by fish food and fish waste converting it into amino acids. Then anaerobic bacteria further convert the amino acids into ammonia. The ammonia causes the water to become environment toxic for fish survival and encourages growth of un-necessary bacteria for the health of fish.
Aerobic bacteria which usually lives in the bottom of the water addition ammonia and convert it into nitrate, meaning that the more aerobic bacteria live the style in the aquaculture/farming pond the better environment by water becomes for fish or other organisms.
LTI circulates water in the ponds utilizing an ejector which mixes the water with the air increasing oxygen.
At the same time, LTI component fills with our proprietary ceramic source, circulates the water and breaks down clusters of water molecules allowing better oxygen absorption while absorbing more oxygen which becomes negatively charged. Aerobic bacteria needs dissolved oxygen creating LTI system is able to increase the level of dissolved oxygen.
The ejector in the LTI system continuously supplies fresh water containing plenty of dissolved oxygen by circulating places lacking oxygen, increasing aerobic bacteria activity.
The LTI system keeps water in the aquaculture pond on smaller filtration filters with static and oxygen. It maintains clean water quality preventing viral infection. The pH of the pond water is balanced and the ammonia level drops, promoting a more health environment for the fish.
In typical water-wheel design oxygen is only being drawn from the surface of the water. The LTI system circulates water throughout the pond (surface/bottom) for real oxygenation penetration to the bottom where most aerobic bacteria activity occurs keeping the pH level down.
With the LTI system our customers have realized first maturity a cleaner environment and later amount of chemical usages. In addition our customers realized a significant reduction in production of fat or oil spender maintaining water temperature. By reducing the amount of sludge the LTI helps our customers use less.
